Founded in 2001 Red Balloon pioneered experiential gifting in Australia, quickly becoming the country's leading online experience gift retailer.

While the Red Balloon brand story has always been strong, somewhere along the way their visual identity got left behind. We were engaged to evolve the identity to more accurately reflect the Red Balloon brand of today and set the company up for growth in new areas. 

The new Red Balloon brand needed to be about providing, sharing and capturing moments—small moments and big moments, moments that last a few minutes and moments that last for days. Moments that start with Red Balloon, and stay with you forever. 

We created the Infinity Balloon; a simple, iconic mark that references both the brand name and the idea of ‘forever’. This mark, along with a vibrant new colour palette, typography and image library, is the foundation for an identity that celebrates Red Balloon’s history, while also breathing new life and meaning into it.
